Doug began his manufacturing career in 1988 where he focused his interests in quality engineering and shop floor management. He expanded his knowledge by working 15 years in the automotive world, where he held various managerial positions in quality, production, materials, and engineering. He also filled the role as the management representative for several ISO quality and environmental systems, including ISO QS-9000, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and TS- 16949. Doug completed his MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2010.
Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his loving wife Mary, their six children and their first grandchild. Doug is very excited to join Pat and the Colonial team and he looks forward to continuing to provide the best service and attain the highest customer satisfaction for our customers.
His duties include ensuring our business is moving forward and growing. During his day-to-day, he establishes contact with existing customers, identifies new business opportunities, and follows up on potential leads.
Since Pat is a direct link to our customers, he also addresses and reports any concerns and competitive conditions to the support team here at Colonial.
Tony coordinates our accounts payable activity, collection efforts, general ledger activity, reconciliation, payroll, and human resource administration.
Tony has experience working in wholesale, research, manufacturing, and sales and service business sectors. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University
in 1983 and his Master of Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, in 1996.
When not at work, Tony enjoys sports, music, and spending time with his three grown children.
Brice oversees all aspects of quality at CSS, reviewing most projects at every milestone. He and his team are active daily on the production floor, monitoring all applications of every process.
In his free time, Brice paints, gardens, and reads. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
With a loving family, Barry takes pride in being a father to 3 boys and stepfather to 2 boys and 1 girl. He finds immense joy in attending and cheering on his children during their sporting and musical events, demonstrating his commitment to family values.
Outside of work, Barry shares quality moments with his wife, embarking on long car rides that lead them to exciting destinations. Nature is his playground, whether camping or engaging in various activities around the house. Barry’s dedication to both his professional and personal life embodies the spirit of our team, and we’re proud to have him as a valued member of our family.

With 30 years of industrial experience, she has worked in many different roles, including environmental, facility, and manufacturing engineering, supervision, operations manager, and health & safety. Most of her roles were in the television tube or injection molding facilities, but she is looking forward to learning more about surface preparation and coatings.
Jayne enjoys farming, gardening, and traveling with her family and friends in her free time. She
also enjoys a good pickup game of pickleball and spending time with her two cats.
Prior to Colonial, Ronna spent 16 dedicated years as a stay-at-home mom, raising four children. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from AIU in Atlanta, GA. Transitioning from a career in corrections with the State of Ohio, Ronna sought a better work-life balance.
Beyond her professional life, Ronna loves traveling with her fiancé Dan and exploring destinations, including her hometown in Oklahoma. Their shared goal is to visit all major league baseball parks in the United States. Ronna also enjoys billiards, disc golf, hiking, and cherished moments with family and friends.
Known affectionately as Gram-Cracker (aka Gram Gram) to her grandson Ian or her ‘lil marshmallow,’ Ronna’s vibrant personality adds a delightful touch to our Colonial Surface Solutions family.
In his capacity as Production Manager, Evan oversees day-to-day operations and maintains continuous communication with customers regarding current and upcoming production jobs. He serves as the direct liaison between customer preferences and the production team, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Evan is a proud graduate of Carey High School and Bluffton University. He currently resides in Carey with his wife Heather and three younger children, while his older boys have made their homes in the Columbus area. Beyond work, Evan is actively involved in coaching the youth football program, CYO basketball, and MJM softball. As a family, they share a love for travel, competition, and sports – particularly cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
